What we allow
- Any lawful speech — including harsh, offensive, hateful, or extremist language
- Insults, slurs, and provocative statements that do not cross into illegal conduct
- Negative, positive, or neutral tone — all ranked by the same neutral rules
- Gray-line and borderline content that remains lawful in the United States
What we block (pre-publish)
Illegal content cannot be posted. The platform stops it at compose time — no warning, no strike system. If it cannot be published, it does not go live.
- Child sexual abuse material and solicitation
- Credible threats of violence against people or places
- Murder-for-hire and similar solicitation
- Human trafficking solicitation
- Other content illegal to host under applicable law
Bypass attempts (hidden unicode, HTML smuggling, leetspeak obfuscation) are normalized and scanned server-side.
Accountability
NYPTID Industries provides infrastructure for speech. Users are responsible for what they publish. We do not moral-police lawful posts, demote reach for viewpoint, or act as law enforcement.
If someone crosses from speech into illegal conduct, that accountability belongs to them and to authorities — not to the platform owner for lawful hosting.
Discovery & Following
Discovery — broad reach. Posts are ranked by neutral engagement and recency signals. No sentiment scoring. No “be more positive” layer. No brand-safety downrank for lawful speech.
Following — your network. Chronological posts from accounts you follow. No secret reordering.
Every Discovery post shows a plain-language reason it appeared — no black box.
What we do not do
- Remove lawful posts because they are offensive or controversial
- Shadow-limit reach for slurs, politics, or negativity
- Require positivity or penalize “ratio” dynamics in ranking
- Train AI on your tone to boost or suppress ideology
